Moonlight Sonata

The passionate ardor of the pianist “inspires” the instrument. The music reaches its peak emphasized by the solemn red coloring of the painting. Its streams soar to the concave mirror of the moon, and, focused by it, return to the scene. The reflected flow carries the magical energy of the moon, causing mysterious transformations all around. We see as the spectators are shrouding themselves in spectral cocoons, or acquiring something like butterfly wings. The play of light patches on the piano and glimmering reflections on the curtain create a unique sensation of a butterfly fluttering its wings.
