Flown with the Wind

The powerful breath of wind brings us freedom from the burden of the past, we experience a dreamlike sensation of flying to the new horizons. But a swarm of people sailing into uncertainty against the skylight is also a bright metaphor of the dramatic nature of our life. The name of the painting is a paraphrase of the great novel in which not only people are gone forever but the entire civilization of the Old South. But we nonetheless believe that the diasporas of courageous aeronauts will fall on the rich soil and germinate giving rise to the new civilizations.
